What to put in a bug report

The more of this you include, the faster I can fix it:

  • What happened, and what you expected instead.
  • Steps to make it happen again, if you can.
  • Game version (shown in [Settings > About]).
  • Device and system: for example "iPhone 14, iOS 19" or "Pixel 8, Android 16".
  • Difficulty mode and roughly which quarter you were on.
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if you can.
  • Your save file, only if I ask for it and you're happy to send it. [DEV CONFIRM: is save export kept in the store build?]

Please don't send passwords, card numbers or other private details. I never need them.

FAQ

I bought Full Access. How do I get it back on a new phone?

Your purchase is tied to your Apple or Google account, not to the game.

  • iPhone / iPad: sign in with the same Apple account, open the game, go to [Settings > Restore Purchases].
  • Android: sign in with the same Google account on the phone, open the game, go to [Settings > Restore Purchases].

If it still doesn't show up, email me with roughly when you bought it and which store. Don't send your receipt's payment details.

How do I turn off the ad prompts?

Ads only ever play when you tap a "watch an ad" button, so you can simply ignore them. To remove the buttons completely, buy Full Access ([PRICE], once). It also unlocks all founders.

How do saves work?

Your game saves on your device automatically. If you delete the game, the save on the device is deleted too.

[DEV CONFIRM: is cloud save in 1.0? If yes:] To keep your save across devices, turn on cloud save in [Settings > Cloud save]:

  • iPhone / iPad: uses your iCloud. No sign-in needed in the game.
  • Android: uses Google Play Games, so you'll need to sign in to Play Games. It's optional.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by me. I can't see or refund your payment. Ask them here:
